While there is no right way to meditate, focusing on chakras is highly recommended for both beginner and advanced meditation practitioners to enhance focus.

What is Chakra Meditation?

Chakras are like spiritual acupuncture points in your body which - if focused on during meditation - can provide positive spiritual wellbeing in your life.  A recommended way to start is by focusing on your navel, heart and third eye.

  • Navel Chakra - Center of your spiritual will power, Located 2-3 inches below your belly button.
  • Heart Chakra - Center of compassion and love, Located in the center of your chest.
  • Third Eye Chakra - Center of intuition and wisdom, Located between and slightly above your eyebrows.

How Do I Start?

Meditating to music while focusing on your chakras is a great way to deepen focus and concentration. Download the albums below to create your own playlist and start out by meditating for 3 songs in the morning and evening - one song focused on your navel, one focused on your heart and the last focused on your third eye.
